Wervex™ Returns & Refunds Policy
At Wervex™, we are dedicated to the comfort of your pets and the satisfaction of their parents. We stand behind the quality of our products with our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.
1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Because we know shipping takes time, this window starts from the day of delivery, not the day of purchase.
2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused and unwashed.
- Strictly free of pet hair, odors, or stains (for hygiene reasons related to pet bedding).
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@wervex.com with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item received.
We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please contact us at support@wervex.com.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
- Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for "change of mind" or "wrong size ordered" returns.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
- Gift cards.
- Items that show signs of use or are covered in pet hair.
