All shipping dates and delivery estimates provided through our Services are processed in good faith but are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Wervex is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, customs processing, or external events beyond our control (such as extreme weather or postal strikes).

Our Delivery Guarantee: To ensure your peace of mind, we provide Insured Tracked Shipping on all orders. Notwithstanding any legal provision to the contrary, Wervex assumes responsibility for your order during transit. In the event that a package is officially confirmed as "lost" or "damaged" by the carrier before it reaches your provided address, we will provide a replacement or a full refund in accordance with our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you only upon successful delivery of the products to the shipping address provided in your order. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and secure shipping address. Wervex is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.
