Wervex™ Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Wervex™. We are committed to delivering comfort to your pets across the globe. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. FREE SHIPPING (USA & CANADA)

We are proud to offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders shipped to the United States and Canada. No minimum purchase is required.

2. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

To provide you with the best prices and exclusive designs, we ship our products directly from our international fulfillment centers.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days after the order has been processed.
• Total Time: Processing (1-3 days) + Shipping (7-15 days) = 8-18 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or local postal service issues.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your pet's new bed every step of the way on our [Track Your Order] page.

5. MULTIPLE PACKAGES

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. Do not worry if you receive one item before the other.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Wervex™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: For most pet bedding products sent to the US and Canada, these fees are extremely rare.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at support@wervex.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order has been shipped.
